Orange Chicken Chinese Recipe

Ingredients:

Oil                                                                                                       Half kg
Chicken Breast Chunks                                                                      1 kg
All Purpose Flour                                                                               2 Cups
Black Paper                                                                                        1 Tsp
Salt                                                                                                     1 Tsp
Baking soda                                                                                       ¼ Tsp
Corn Starch                                                                                        1 Cup
Egg                                                                                                     1 Piece
Crushed Garlic                                                                                   1 Tsp
Crushed Red Papers                                                                           1 Tsp
Brown Sugar                                                                                      1/3 Cup
White Sugar                                                                                       1/3 Cup
Vinegar                                                                                               1/3 cup
Orange Juice                                                                                       1 Cup
Soy Sauce                                                                                            2 Tsp
Corn Starch Slurry                                                                               2 Tsp
Sesame Seed Oil                                                                                  1 Tsp



Procedure:


Step1:

                                        First of all cut chicken in one-inch pieces then Take All Purpose Flour In a Bowl And add black paper and salt and mix well.

Step2:

                                         Then Add Corn Starch and mix it well then add Egg and mix.  Then Add ½ Cup Water mix it then add again 1 Cup Water and mix well and made it smooth better.

Step3:

                                         Then Add Oil 2 Tsp and mix it well and then put chicken and mix.



Then Make a Mixture.

Step4:

                                         Take oil and Heat up Oil after the heat up Then take one chicken piece and fry it.

Step5:

                                         After Fry, all chicken pieces take a new pan then add Cooking oil 1 Tsp. Then add Crushed Red Papers and Crushed Garlic and cook it for 2 minutes.

Step6:

                                          Then add brown sugar and white sugar mix it then adds vinegar and mixes well. Then add Orange Juice and mix well Then Add Black Soy Sauce.

Step7:

                                           Then take Corn Starch Slurry in the other bowl and add 3 Tsp powder and mix. After mixed put it in the cooking Pan.

Step8:

                                           When it would be Hard Add Fry Chicken In it and mixed it for some minutes. Then add Sesame Seed Oil and mix it


After mixing this serve it and Enjoy

Ingredients:


Milk                                                                                    1 Liter
Custard Powder any flavor                                                5 Tbsp
Sugar                                                                                  4, 5 Tbsp
Artificial Sweetener                                                           4 to 5 Tbsp
Fruit which you like                                                           as you want
Pistachios                                                                           2 Tbsp
Almonds                                                                             for Garnish As you want

Procedure:


Step1:

                                  First of all Boil milk then add Sugar and sweetener.

Step2:

                                  Mix well and boil for 2 minutes.

Step3:

                                  Then add Custard Powder which flavor you like then let it cool completely.

Step4:

                                  When it will be cool completely then add Fruits and Pour in a serving dish put it in the fridge for some hours then serve with your family. Enjoy

Ingredients:
Fish                                                                                             400g
Oil                                                                                              ¼ cup
Onion                                                                                         2 medium pieces
Ginger                                                                                        2 Tsp
Garlic                                                                                         Five Cloves Big
Red Buttons Chilies                                                                   10
Chili Powder                                                                              2tsp
Salt                                                                                             2 Tsp
Cumin and coriander seeds                                                        2 tsp
Black Paper Powder                                                                   2 Tsp
Sugar                                                                                          1 Tsp
Tamarind water                                                                           2 tsp
Green Chilies                                                                              3 
Coriander Chopped                                                                     2 Tsp
Lemon Juice                                                                                1 Tsp
Coconut Milk Powder                                                                 4 Tsp
Coconut Cream                                                                           ¼ can
Curry Leaves                                                                               10



Procedure:

Step1:

                               First of all heat up oil and then add curry leaves.

Step2:

                               Then Add chopped onion and then sauté for two minutes.

Step3:

                               Then make a thick paste of remaining onion, garlic, ginger and button chilies.

Step4:

                               Then make powder of cumin and coriander it.

Step5:

                               Then add red paste in oil along with all spices.

Step6:

                               And mix well and cook it for 5 minutes in low heat

Step7:

                               Then add tamarind water and mix. And add fish Pieces and turn the flame low. Flip this for 2 minutes.

Step8:

                               Then add coconut cream and milk powder.

Step9:

                               Swirl the pot to mix it well.

Step10:

                               In the end, cover the lid then cook it for 15 minutes on low flame.

Step11:

                               Add water for gravy and thin or thick as your choice so add accordingly.

Step12:

                               Simmer for 10 minutes. Then add salt and lemon juice as you want also add green chilies and coriander and mix it then simmer for 2 minutes.
