How Can We Make Gulab Jamuns with Bread Recpies - Cooking Recpies




Today we are making the Gulab jamuns with bread which are unique yet delicious to eat.
 


Let's start .....

 with the procedure of making bread gulab jamuns.
   

For this Let's make sugar syrup first.

We have taken 1.5 cups of sugar,
place it in a vessel and add 1.5 cup water to it.

Cook until sugar dissolves and check later. Meanwhile, prepare dough from the bread slices.
We have taken 12 white bread slices. Cut off the edges from the slices.
Cut off these dark and hard edges from the bread slices. Likewise, cut all the slices.
We have chopped all the bread slices and now check the sugar syrup.

As sugar has dissolved completely

for check wait, 1 to 2 drops in a bowl, once cooled take syrup between your finger and thumb and stretch apart.

             

                                       There is the formation of a small thread.


Syrup has turned sticky; it's ready now.
We have cooked sugar syrup for 5 minutes after the sugar dissolved completely. Shut down the flame, sugar syrup is now available.
Now ground these bread slices in a mixer grinder to make crumbs. Within few minutes bread crumbs are ready.
We have prepared the bits, take them out in a bowl and ground rest of the food as well.
We have developed the crumbs and now knead to make a dough.

Add one tsp ghee to it and mix well.
              Now add milk little by little and knead to make a smooth and soft dough.

We have taken 1 cup milk.
               But initially, we used 2 cups of milk and cooked until thick and reduced to 1 cup.

               Then add Milk and prepare the soft dough.
               We are always adding milk and kneading the dough until soft.

               We have used the entire quantity of milk for kneading.

                           Other Recipes

We have thickened the milk to give the dish a better taste. You can even use full cream without thickening it up and then knead the bread. But if you need a sweet taste, thicken the milk.
We have kneaded the soft dough, cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes to set. Meanwhile, chop almonds and cashews in small chunks. We have taken 7 to 8 cashews and almonds, now chop them finely. Similarly, chop the almonds as well.

We are done with chopping the cashews and almonds.

We have also taken ¼ tsp cardamom powder, mix it with the chopped dry fruits. Combine all the ingredients.
Add ½ tsp ghee as well to bind the ingredients together.
Filling for stuffing the gulab jamuns is ready.
10 minutes over, check the dough as well.
Grease your hands with ghee and knead the dough again.
The dough should be soft and smooth.

The dough is ready and now well make gulab jamuns with it. Make small lump from the dough. You can make the size of gulab jamuns small or big as per your preference. Make small piece from the dough and give it a shape like this.
Now stuff it with minimal filling.

Place 5 to 6 pieces of almonds and cashews, close it nicely from all sides.
Roll it carefully like a laddoo.
Now roll it between both hands until smooth and giving it a shape of gulab jamun.
Make gulab jamun like this. Likewise, prepare all the gulab jamuns.

We are done with making the gulab jamuns, now heat some ghee for frying them.

Place the sugar syrup vessel over a wire net stand. Put the ghee over a flame for heating. Meanwhile, let's roll out rest of the gulab jamuns as well. Ghee is hot enough now. Ghee for frying the gulab jamuns should not be too hot, keep it medium hot. Heat the ghee nicely once then reduce the flame and allow it to come to medium temperature, slightly.
Now drop the Gulab jamun in ghee for frying.
Keep the flame medium and fry the gulab jamuns until they turn golden brown in color from all sides. Very toss the gulab jamuns and cook until they turn golden brown in color from all the parties.
Gulab jamuns have turned golden brown in color from all the parties; take them out on a plate. Likewise fry rest of the gulab jamuns as well.Soak these fried gulab jamuns to the sugar syrup. Gulab jamuns have turned brown in color, take them out as well.
We are done with frying all the gulab jamuns and used desi ghee fro cooking them.
But you can use and other refined oil as well. Soak all these gulab jamuns in the sugar syrup Within 1 hour, the Gulab will soak the sugar syrup and will turn puffy and sweet, and then they will be ready to be used.
We drenched the gulab jamuns in sugar syrup for 2 hours; they turned puffy and sweet and are now ready to be served.
Scrumptious gulab jamuns are willing and can be prepared very quickly.

If we have no male or milk powder then make gulab jamuns with bread, it's taste delicious.These gulab jamuns are very different in taste but taste delicious.
We used 12 bread slices and made 24 gulab jamuns from it.It depends on the size you keep for the gulab jamuns.
If you make them smaller, then quantity can be more and less if you keep the size fat.
These gulab jamuns can be preserved in the refrigerator and relish eating for up to 5 days.Must try making this recipe at your home and share your experiences
